Privacy notice
Effective September 28, 2026. FWB Coach is the authorized coaching workspace for Fitness with Benjamin. It does not sell personal information or show third-party advertising.
What the workspace handles
FWB Coach uses the signed-in coach account to view and manage client profiles, programs, workouts, progress, check-ins, nutrition information, messages, session records, notification preferences, and optional private media when those features are used. The coach can view clients’ planned workout dates and exercise details.
Why information is used
Information is used to deliver personal coaching, maintain client programs, review client-submitted activity, communicate with clients, administer sessions, provide requested notifications, secure the service, and respond to support or privacy requests.
Storage and access
Authentication, coaching records, synchronized workout data, notifications, and private files are handled through the Fitness with Benjamin Supabase project. Access is limited to authorized accounts and the client whose information is being managed, according to the feature and record type. Some linked features and service providers are described in the FWB Training Privacy Policy.
Coach responsibilities
Use FWB Coach only for authorized coaching work. Keep account credentials private, sign out of shared devices, verify the selected client before saving changes, and do not export or share client information unless it is necessary and authorized.
