Sign-in and access
FWB Coach is limited to authorized coaching accounts. Use the password-reset action on the sign-in screen if needed. If access or a client workspace is missing, contact support rather than creating a second account.
Client information
Client programs, workouts, progress, messages, nutrition information, session records, and optional private media are connected through the shared Fitness with Benjamin account service. Refresh the workspace after reconnecting if a recent update is not visible.
Privacy and urgent concerns
Read the FWB Coach Privacy Notice and the FWB Training Privacy Policy. FWB Coach and this support inbox are not emergency or medical services.
