Sign-in help

FWB Training requires an active Fitness with Benjamin client account. Use the same email and password as the client web portal. If a password is forgotten, use the reset-password option on the sign-in screen. Contact support if the account or assigned program is missing.

Workout and progress syncing

Workout logs, assigned programs, saved generated plans, planned workout dates, measurements, progress photos, and supported check-ins synchronize through the same client account. The authorized coach can view planned workout dates. If a workout or plan was saved offline, keep the app installed and reopen it when the phone has a connection so pending changes can synchronize.

Apple Health

Apple Health is optional. With permission, FWB Training can save completed workouts to Apple Health and read selected workout, activity, recovery, or body-weight categories on iPhone. Sharing any selected category with the connected FWB account is a separate choice and starts off. Permissions can be reviewed or disabled in iPhone Settings without affecting normal workout logging.

Notifications and media

Workout reminders and other FWB notifications can be changed in the app’s Preferences screen or in iPhone Settings. Progress photos and form-check photos or videos are optional. Only upload media you are authorized to share.

Request account deletion

Email fwb@benjaminbenz.com with the subject “FWB Training account deletion request.” We may ask the account owner to verify the request. Deletion includes the account and associated personal data unless specific information must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Privacy

Read the FWB Training Privacy Policy for details about data handling and privacy choices.
